Train the Trainer Part 3: Recording 101

It can be a bit of a challenge setting up a camera to record yourself, but with an extra set of hands either on the camera or in front of it, you can record footage yourself. This option is great for recording exercises as it allows you to capture the full range of motion of an exercise with the highest quality possible. This can be done with a wide range of camera and equipment options in a wide range of environments.

The bulk of this course will explore how to set up for a self-recording shoot, from picking your equipment and location to lighting and composing your shots. For best results, we recommend going through this full course if this option is of interest to you.
